How Maybe* protects your information

We collect and respect your information to provide our Services and to measure and improve them over time.

Maybe* can receive your information through various websites, SMS, APIs, email notifications, applications, buttons, widgets, ads, and commerce services (the “Maybe* Services”). This includes items you’ve shared through #WDYT or saved to  Maybe*.

Location information: Maybe* may receive information about your location.  We may also determine your location by using other data from your device, such as precise location information from GPS, information about wireless networks or cell towers near your mobile device, or your IP address. We may use and store information about your location to provide new features within Maybe* and the #WDYT campaign, such as improving and customizing with more relevant content. We will alert you to these new features as they arrive.

Your interaction with links: Maybe* may keep track of how you interact with links across our Services, including our email and mobile notifications. We do this to help improve our Services.

Accessing and modifying your information

If you are a registered user of our Services, we provide you with tools to access, correct, delete, or modify information you add to Maybe*. You can permanently delete your Maybe* account by contacting [email protected] Once deleted your account is not visible on Maybe*. Keep in mind that search engines and other third parties may still retain copies of your public information.

Our policy towards children

Our Services are not directed to persons under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at [email protected] If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to remove such information and terminate the associated account.

Changes to this policy

We may revise this privacy policy from time to time. The most current version of the policy will govern our use of your information. If we make a change to this policy that, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you via email to the email address associated with your account.
